Top of the Town
Top of the Town is an intimate evening of dinner and cocktails held each spring at the exquisite Sorrento Hotel. A vibrant mix of developers, community leaders, and neighbors who support affordable housing attend and hear from community development experts and other speakers of interest. Our guest speaker for 2013 was developer Jonathan Rose.
Community Forum
Each year Capitol Hill Housing hosts a community forum on local development issues. The 2013 forum focused on the benefits and challenges of new development on Capitol Hill. Previous topics have included the future of 12th Avenue, transit oriented development on Broadway, and the Capitol Hill EcoDistrict.
Run For Homes
Every summer the Run for Homes team at Capitol Hill Housing runs or walks a half-marathon to raise support for our work. The team meets for training runs and camaraderie each week leading up to the event, which will be on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the Seattle Rock & Roll Marathon.Join the team or support our runners here.
